David Cargill House

Surrounded by parks, gardens and churches, David Cargill House is located within one of Glasgow’s finest terraces in the heart of the West End. It has accommodation for up to 45 residents and is within easy reach of the city centre, close to public transport and local shops.

We aim to provide our residents with a relaxed, friendly environment. The House is staffed 24 hours a day by a caring and dedicated staff team who endeavor to maintain high standards of care in a homely atmosphere. Visiting hours are open with family and friends welcome to stay for lunch or dinner.

We support our residents to carry on enjoying social, cultural and leisure interests. We have a diverse programme arranged by our activity coordinators and there is a well-stocked mobile library of books available, which is regularly refreshed. We have also fostered good relationships with organisations such as churches, schools and clubs in the wider community and arrange regular day trips.
